These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dead Pixel Test - Screen Check application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Dead Pixel Test - Screen Check is an iOS application that provides display diagnostics for iPhone and iPad. Features include 9 display tests (dead pixel detection, touch screen test, brightness test, color accuracy, P3 wide gamut, OLED burn-in detection, screen uniformity, response time, and pixel fix), actionable pass/fail results, and shareable PDF reports. All tests run entirely on your device.

2. Important Limitations

The App is a display diagnostic tool for general use. You understand and agree that:

• Test results are informational and should not be the sole basis for purchase, sale, or repair decisions.
• The App cannot detect all possible display defects, including those that may require specialized equipment.
• Results may vary based on device model, display type, ambient lighting, and other environmental factors.
• The pixel fix tool attempts to revive stuck pixels but does not guarantee results.
• The App is not a replacement for professional display calibration or repair services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use test results to misrepresent the condition of a device
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limitations
• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with 4 core tests (dead pixel, touch, brightness, color accuracy), 3 Quick Checks per day, and last 3 sessions saved.
• Premium Monthly: $1.99/month for all 9 tests, unlimited Quick Checks, full history, PDF reports, and no ads.
• Premium Annual: $9.99/year (save 58%) with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Content

Test results and PDF reports are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your test data. We do not access, collect, or store your results on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on test results (purchase, sale, or repair of devices)
• Inaccurate or incomplete test results
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Use of the pixel fix tool and its effects on your display

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
